Thanks to the Library volunteers!
The Library celebrated its valuable and committed corps of volunteers at a reception on Thursday 14 June in the lower level reading room. Prizes were awarded to volunteers and their service including “Most Welcoming Smile” and “Most Likely To Have Read That Book Before You.” Deputy director Audrey Chapuis spoke of the invaluable service that the nearly 100 volunteers provide to the operation of the Library from shelving books to setting up for evening programs to helping children with arts, crafts, and reading.
