Step 1: Select payment plan

Memberships are for a 12-month period. Non-transferrable and non-refundable.

To provide you with the best service, we kindly ask that all memberships be completed online.

If you encounter issues with the online process, contact Member Services.

Please enroll online 2-3 days before your first visit to allow us time to process your membership.

Important Information

It only takes a few minutes to sign up online.

Once your online payment is received and your online membership form is completed , you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours to come to the Library to pick up your card. You will be asked to show:

  • a valid, official photo ID (passport or identity card)
  • a document with your name and current postal address
  • *For Student memberships—current student card
  • *For Unemployed memberships—current documentation from France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi)
  • *For Disabled memberships—MDPH card

Memberships for children (under 18) must be submitted by parent or guardian.

Discounted memberships are available for our partner schools and organizations. Valid proof of affiliation to school or organization is required. Please find the list of our partners on our Institutional Membership page.
