Meet Children’s and Teens’ Services Manager Celeste and volunteers in the Children’s Library then make your own Halloween mask to use as part of your Halloween disguise!
This event will be in-person. Face masks are required. Parents/chaperons are required to remain inside the Library for the duration of this activity.
This event is free for Library members, and registration is required. Parents and other caregivers are expected to familiarize themselves with these guidelines so that we can provide a pleasant library environment for all patrons.
