The American Library in Paris presents: the annual Halloween Extravaganza, with a Zombie Fashion Show on 29 October!

The American Library in Paris will turn into a hot spot for the undead the evening of Friday 29 October. The event will feature zombie trivia, a screening of an original film by the Library’s Master Shot Film Club, a reading by Amy Plum (who will share a zombie battle scene from her novel Die for Me), and a Zombie catwalk show (a.k.a. a costume contest for the best of the undead).The audience will select the most rotten of the zombies after zombie contestants crawl the catwalk.
To participate in the event as part of the audience, registration is required. Register early, as space is limited!
Contestants may REGISTER HERE. To enter as a zombie fashion show contestant, fill out this form online by 15 October. Each zombie contestant will have 2 minutes to walk the catwalk in their undead attire. Fashion show prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
- Literary Zombie Masterpiece
- Most Creative Zombie Attire
- Undead Zombie Champion
Advance registration is required for this event. Participation is free for Library members. If you are not yet a Library member, but would like to participate, please join the Library.
