Light refreshments will be provided by the Library.
This event includes a performance of spooky songs by Jo Morrigan Black. Jo Morrigan Black (they/them) is a Paris-born musician, storyteller, and performance poet. Described as “remarkably otherworldly,” their shows have been showcased by Culture Ireland at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2025 and won the Fondation des États-Unis “La Réveilleur/euse” award at Paris Fringe 2026.
On 31 October, we encourage you to follow the trick-or-treating route we’ve set up, and visit nearby businesses in the 7th arrondissement. Trick-or-treating maps are offered to all Library members free of charge, as well as guests for this Bats, Books, and Black Cats Bash. You can stop by early and pick up a map to trick-or-treat before the party, or head out after the celebration. Trick-or-treating is a self-led activity.
Younger siblings may be admitted for this event, however chaperones should keep in mind that this event is intended for children ages 5+ and their families.
