Creating Historical Fiction with Elizabeth Wein (ages 10+)

Sat October 12 @ 17 h 00 - 18 h 00

Celebrated author Elizabeth Wein joins us at the Library to discuss her extensive experience writing for teens.

The Library is delighted to welcome author Elizabeth Wein.

Join Elizabeth Wein, in discussion with teen community members, to talk about her writing and writing process. Learn how she put her research on WWII, spies, and female pilots to use to create award-winning bestsellers such as Code Name Verity and Rose Under Fire. An audience Q&A will follow, and then Elizabeth Wein will be available to sign books.

Join us for a conversation on creating new worlds and stories grounded in historical events.
