Becoming a Partner

Our library offers a welcoming space with free Wi-Fi, study rooms, and access to a 100,000+ item collection. Members enjoy borrowing privileges, book groups, workshops, and over 200 annual events for children and teens. Digital resources include The New York Times, Libby/OverDrive, Comics Plus, Mango Languages, and research databases like JSTOR and EBSCO.

Our Offers

Institutional Membership / IM
Purchase a membership for the institution’s faculty/staff/students. We ask our institutional members to purchase a minimum of 5 memberships from us per academic year in order to qualify for the discounted rate listed below.
The institution will be invoiced at the end of each semester/year for each membership created.
Membership Rates:
  • Annual Flat Rate – 90€ (up to 12 months)
  • Semester Flat Rate – 60€ (up to 6 months)
Each partner institution is eligible for one free research orientation per semester. 
Institutional Partnership / IP
Instead of purchasing memberships for faculty/staff/students, the Library can extend a discount on adult and household memberships to the entire school community, in exchange for the school agreeing to promote the Library.
Membership rates: 
  • Faculty/Staff (Adult) – 135€ (Regular rate 150€)
  • Household – 200€ (Regular rate 225€)
We already offer generous discounts on the following memberships, so there is no additional discount for:
  • Senior/Unemployed/Person with disabilities – 115€
  • Student/Under 25yo – 110€
  • Children and Teenagers (0-18) – 100€
Combination: IM + IP
This option is for schools/institutions that want to take advantage of both partnership offers:
  • Offer memberships to 5 or more select staff or students (Institutional Membership)
  • Offer a discount to your entire school/institution community (Institutional Partnership)
