This family event for Library members features a Halloween story time and a musical performance for our youngest members, as well as games and surprises throughout the Library. The event will culminate in a costume contest. Costume prizes will be awarded in several categories for children, with a special prize for parents.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
