Tune in for an interactive writing workshop dedicated to editing and revising your original short story. In time for the Library’s Young Authors Fiction Festival (YAFF), work with Children’s and Teens’ Services Librarian and YAFF Coordinator Kirsty to improve your writing and make your story the best it can possibly be! Children should have a one-page draft of a story (or at least the beginning of a story) prepared before the workshop begins. Writers of all stages are welcome to attend—whether you write every day or have never written a story before. It is not a requirement to submit to YAFF in order to participate in the workshop. The goal is to create your best possible story.
Caregivers are requested to join in with their children and participate in the program.
This event requires advance registration. Click HERE to register.
