Summer Reading Challenge 2024:
For Children, Teens...and Adults!

Current Library members, of all ages, are invited to sign up for our annual Summer Reading Challenge.
Get inspired to read more over the summer months, earn prizes, and discover new ways to choose your next book.

Adults:
  1. Pick up a your Summer Reading Challenge sheet, which includes a list of reading prompts, from the Member Services desk. If you can’t make it in the the Library, you can download the sheet here.
  2. Track your progress over the summer. For every book you read, fill out the online form.
  3. Once you’ve completed at least two challenges, bring your completed form back to the Member Services desk by 7 September 2024 to claim your reading reward, and alo be entered into a drawing to win a Library tote bag!

Children and Teens ages 0–18:
  1. Stop by the Children’s and Teens’ Services Desk for a Summer Reading Challenge sheet, plus reading lists to inspire you. If you’re not able to come to the Library, you can download the 2024 Summer Reading Challenge sheets below.
  2. Read the designated number of books for your age group, and write each one down on the Summer Reading Challenge sheet.
  3. Record your reading by filling out one online Summer Reading Challenge Form for each book read.
  4. Bring your completed Summer Reading Challenge sheet to the Library by 7 September 2024 and claim your prize!
