7 February 2018 @ 19 h 30 min

The Library has regularly featured wine-tasting workshops, and on this night, we will explore the question of natural and biodynamic wines and how they differ from conventional wines and the wine-making process, as Alice Feiring speaks about her book The Dirty Guide to Wine: Following Flavor from Ground to Glass.

About the speaker
