After five years assisting former youth librarian Helen Stathopulos with children's programs and teen events, Celeste Rhoads joined the Library's full-time staff in 2010. Celeste manages the Library's activities and collections for children and young adults, and is happy to assist you in navigating the juvenile stacks.

Celeste was born in New Mexico, but grew up between California and Pennsylvania. She moved to Paris in 2005 to pursue a B.A. in International Communications at the American University of Paris. After graduating, Celeste worked in communications for the music industry and she continues to write for several music websites in her free time, preferably with a cupcake in hand and a cup of tea nearby.
